1. Infused Water: Pineapple peels can add a refreshing twist to your water by infusing it with a hint of tropical flavor. Simply wash the peels thoroughly, chop them into smaller pieces, and add them to a pitcher of water. Allow the water to infuse for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. The result is a subtly flavored, hydrating beverage that offers a pleasant change from plain water.

2. Homemade Pineapple Vinegar: Transform pineapple peels into a tangy, homemade vinegar. Clean the peels, chop them into smaller pieces, and place them in a glass jar. Add water and a tablespoon or two of sugar or honey to initiate the fermentation process. Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or paper towel and secure it with a rubber band.
